The constant noise from the freeway makes it hard to relax!!! Also, security windows at reception give off a heavy sense of paranoia. Areas around the hotel can look quite neglected, with trash scattered nearby.

The real deal or a total steal?

Room was nicer than expected and staff were super helpful. I got an early check-in and personal assistance for my needs.

I had a decent stay—the air conditioning worked wonders on a hot day, and the coffee was available 24/7, which kept me energized. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, just waffles! I don’t think I’d return again due to that.

Just a fitting option for exploring town in Houston with incredible value for money. The bathtub was quite worn, but I appreciated the free coffee available all day. Check for any issues in your room immediately upon arrival.

Good spot for downtown

I stayed for a night and it was mostly a nice experience. Room was surprisingly nice! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the quick breakfast. Only thing is, I wish there were more options. The noise from nearby traffic was a bit much though. Still, a solid place if you're in the area!
